Daniel Sheppard is a Managing Director for MedWorld Advisors and expert M&A advisor for the Medical Device, Medical Manufacturing, and Digital Health industries.

He has extensive experience in sell-side advisory, buyer outreach, due diligence, transaction negotiations, and acquisition implementation. Most recently, Daniel has assisted in partnering an emerging Digital Health company with Johnson & Johnson, sold a privately held product development & manufacturing company to an experienced financial firm, launched an early-stage company’s commercialization efforts with Medline, and helped bring lifesaving respiratory equipment to U.S. hospitals during the pandemic through a transaction with GE Healthcare. He has successfully advised numerous small to medium sized healthcare companies through M&A processes involving both financial and strategic buyers.

Daniel has a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management and is a Certified M&A advisor through the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors. He has a background in financial analysis and modeling, project management, and healthcare consulting that provide a wide breadth of knowledge to implement and execute successful process strategies.
