Dr. Moshe Engelberg founded ResearchWorks in 1991 to help companies in the business of health improve their performance through research-based product innovation, improved marketing, better strategy, deep customer intimacy, and highly effective branding. Clients include Philips Healthcare, Draeger Medical, CDC, CMS, Kaiser Permanente, Scripps Clinic, AARP, and many more. He still leads the firm today.
Dr. Engelberg applies his two decades of real world experience and extensive academic credentials to inspire fresh thinking, new solutions, and courageous action. He excels at working with complex health organizations on tough issues by focusing on results and ROI. Moshe is especially skilled at dealing with controversial issues, cutting through complexity, catalyzing fresh outside-the-box thinking, revealing unseen opportunities, and bringing people and ideas together. He is the creator of the CustomerFirst® framework that produces measurably better marketing in the health space.
Moshe is also an adjunct professor, serves on FDA’s Risk Communication Advisory Council and is a Director on several Boards. As a speaker and teacher, he delights audiences with his entertaining style and practical “how-to” tips and techniques.
Dr. Engelberg earned his doctorate from Stanford University in Communication. He grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and now resides with his family in San Diego California.
